We sent out an action alert to our e-mail list today about the House GOP's vote to protect Tom DeLay. In particular, we want to know how our Congresswoman Judy Biggert voted; so far, her office has not been forthcoming.

The vote, for those that don't know, is about a GOP ethics rule that forbids indicted members from serving in leadership roles. Now that Tom DeLay is facing a potential indictment for his role in a growing fundraising scandal, the GOP voted to change the rules to protect their leader. (Sounds like a flip-flop to me!)
