Foster Prevails in 14th - Sign of Trouble for GOP in the Fall?
Democrat Bill Foster won today 's special election to replace Denny Hastert in the 14th, sending a Democrat to represent that district for the first time in some 40 years. If I were a tea leaf reader I might be contemplating what this means for the fall.
